Ties Across the Tides: Separated by an Ocean Yet Inseparable from Impact

Join Cary Players and Downtown Cary Park for an engaging pre-show conversation about our upcoming performance of Sonia Flew, running May 2–11 at the Cary Arts Center.

Sonia Flew is a play transporting across time and place in which we witness 2 time periods, 2 countries, and 2 mothers trying to keep their children safe from the whims of war.  In this pre-show conversation, we will address themes of cross-cultural immigration, identity, family influence, secrets, and truths. Psychologist Dr. Sandra Wartski will lead the discussion accompanied by Cindy White, local Cuban American and owner of P2P Travel (a Cuba only travel agency).  

While this pre-show conversation is free and open to the public, tickets are required to attend the performance at the Cary Arts Center. A ticket to the show is not included by attending this pre-show conversation. Tickets are on sale now.
