The Pietzsch Awards, named in his honor, are designed to recognize individuals who exemplify Wilson’s special blend of dedication, acting ability, volunteerism, and good humor. With these awards, Cary Players hope to build and maintain a tradition of community theater excellence for which Wilson set the standard.

Mark Harvey Levine is a playwright whose specialty is short plays, 10-15 minutes. He has had over 800 productions of his plays around the world, at theaters such as The Actor’s Theatre of Louisville, City Theatre of Miami and The Phoenix Theatre in Indianapolis. His plays have been produced in countries around the globe. We’ve presented a few of Mark’s plays in the past, and we’re very pleased to now bring you a collection of his works.

Late to arrive is Felix Unger who has just been separated from his wife. Fastidious and depressed Felix seems suicidal, but as the action unfolds Oscar becomes the one with murder on his mind when the clean-freak and the slob ultimately decide to room together with hilarious results.
